About Nicole

Professionally

I’ve always believed in the idea that your passion comes through most clearly in the quality of your work. When you love what you do, you’ll find inspiration in every interaction.

My passion has always been for people. I committed myself to following this passion while completing my Psychology degree at Wilfred Laurier University, and it remains my motivating principle today. Even then, I quickly realized that I wanted to follow a career path where I would be able to help people and make a positive impact in their lives.

While juggling my coursework, I would spend countless  hours helping my husband flip homes.  It’s not the easiest way to earn a living, but I loved being a part of taking something undesirable and transforming it into a beautiful home in which a new family could begin building their lives. At the end of university, this experience led me to pursue a position in new home sales with Fusion Homes, one of Waterloo-Wellingtons most successful home builders. In this role, I built relationships based upon mutual trust with each of my valued clients. Together, we walked through the process of not only finding the right home for them, but designing a home to suit both their structural needs and overall style. In my five years with Fusion, I discovered just how much joy and satisfaction I found in seeing the dreams and goals of the families I helped being realized. Today, this natural progression has led me to my career destination of becoming a licensed Realtor to serve all of my clients residential real estate needs.

Everyone’s needs and experiences are different and, truthfully, I change my approach to mold to the unique needs of each of my clients. Everyone needs an extra hand in a different way throughout the process, and you can expect me to be there anticipating each need as they arise. Speaking from experience, I know firsthand what it’s like to thoroughly search an area while bursting with excitement looking for that first home.
As a mother myself, I know all too well how things change with a whole new set of challenges and rewards when buying and selling with a young family. I am also more than familiar with the risks, challenges and rewards associated with both house flipping and long-term residential investing. My job is to take these experiences and make our next transaction as stress free and satisfying as possible.

Let’s set your next chapter in motion together

This means making sure that you’re provided with every tool possible; to both ease the burden of the sale process and maximize the return on your families most important investment. I have chosen to work with Chestnut Park West as I believe our business philosophies align – the best interests of my clients are of the utmost importance. Throughout this process and into the years beyond, I commit myself to not only earning your trust – but to rewarding your confidence in me as your Realtor.

 I have received my RESA® Certified Staging Advocate™ (RESA® CSA™) designation
